Should I offer discounts on my retail?

Answer:

It all depends on what image you want your salon to have. If you are trying to set a tone of high end, then I recommend to not discount retail, discount services if you want to create a promotion . Give 25% off any service vs. off retail. You would rather give a service away for FREE before you give a discount on your retail.
